Refund Policy

At AJ Finance, transparency and fairness are important to us. Please read our refund terms carefully before availing our services.

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) explains the circumstances under which AJ Finance (“we,” “our,” “us”) will provide refunds for services offered to our customers (“you,” “user”). As we operate as a Loan Direct Selling Agent (DSA), we facilitate financial products like loans, credit cards, and insurance by charging a service/processing fee. Please note that AJ Finance does not disburse loans; final approval and disbursement are the responsibility of partner banks, NBFCs, or financial institutions.

2. Service Fee

We charge a service/processing fee for:

  • Assisting with loan, credit card, and insurance applications.
  • Document collection, verification, and submission to partner banks/NBFCs.
  • Providing guidance and customer support throughout the application process.

This fee is non-refundable once services have been initiated, regardless of the loan approval status, as the effort and resources are invested at the time of processing your application.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

  • If AJ Finance has collected a service fee but no service has been initiated or no document processing has been done.
  • If payment was made by mistake in excess of the agreed service fee (the extra amount will be refunded).
  • If AJ Finance cancels the service due to internal reasons before initiating the process.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

No refund will be applicable in the following cases:

  • If the loan, credit card, or insurance application is rejected by the bank/NBFC due to eligibility criteria, credit score, or policy reasons.
  • If the applicant withdraws their application after the service/processing has already been initiated.
  • If incorrect or fraudulent information/documents are submitted by the applicant.
  • If the applicant fails to provide necessary documents within the required time frame.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund (where eligible), the applicant must:

  • Send a written request to support@ajfinance.com within 7 days of payment.
  • Provide valid proof of payment (transaction receipt, UPI ID, bank statement, etc.).
  • Explain the reason for the refund request clearly.

Once verified, refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7-14 working days to the original payment method.

6. Mode of Refund

  • Refunds will be made only to the same account/wallet/card from which payment was made.
  • We do not provide cash refunds under any circumstances.

7. No Guarantee of Loan Approval

AJ Finance acts only as a service facilitator. We do not guarantee loan approval, sanction, or disbursement. Loan approval and terms depend solely on the policies of partner banks, NBFCs, or financial institutions. Hence, refunds cannot be claimed on the basis of loan rejection.

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes related to refunds, AJ Finance will attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or mobile application.
